I've been using Gaviscon Extra Strength Relief Form for a few weeks now to manage my heartburn, and it's been a lifesaver. The foam raft really does help keep the acid down. However, I've noticed some constipation, which I've heard can be a side effect. Has anyone else experienced this? Also, I've seen some serious warnings about allergic reactions. I wanted to know if anyone has had any issues. It makes me feel a bit worried. I don’t want to be in a situation where I need to deal with any severe, life-threatening events. I'm curious to hear if anyone else has had any alarming symptoms or if the side effects are usually minor. It can be hard to know what to expect.
