I was prescribed Neo/poly/hc 1% Otic Susp Green (ear) drops for a stubborn case of swimmer's ear. I've been reading about the possible side effects, especially the urgent ones, and I'm getting a bit anxious. Has anyone had any severe reactions to this medication? I'm really worried about the potential for hearing loss or allergic reactions. I've also read that it can cause changes in urine output. I've only started using it, so I'm hoping to hear some reassuring stories or at least know what to expect. Also, any tips on how to administer the drops would be greatly appreciated, as I'm finding it a bit tricky!

I was recently prescribed Acetasol HC Otic Solution (10ml) for a bad case of swimmer's ear. The medication seems to be working, but I'm curious about other people's experiences.
