I've been struggling with athlete's foot for what feels like forever, and nothing seemed to work until I tried Econazole Nitrate 1% Cream. This stuff is a lifesaver! I've been using it for a week now, and I can already see a significant improvement. I've tried other creams in the past, but they either didn't work or made my feet even more irritated. So far, this is the best for me! I did read about some potential side effects, so I'm keeping an eye out for any signs of irritation or allergic reactions. Have any of you experienced any issues with it? I'm just glad I finally found something that works! Side note: does anyone know if it's safe to use it on other fungal infections, like ringworm? I have a friend who might need it.
