I've been on Empliciti 400mg for a few months now as part of my treatment for multiple myeloma. It's given intravenously, and it's surprising how it boosts my immune system to attack the cancer cells. I've noticed some side effects, but nothing too debilitating so far. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this treatment and their experiences, especially with side effects like fatigue and muscle spasms. Has anyone had any serious issues or reactions? I know it's a serious treatment, so I want to be prepared for anything. Has anyone else had any issues reporting side effects to the FDA? In particular, I'm looking for support and information about how to manage the side effects and if anyone has had any success with alternative treatments alongside Empliciti.
