Hey everyone, I was just prescribed Kaletra Oral Solution for my HIV treatment. I'm hoping to hear from others who have used this medication. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones. I want to know if anyone has had any serious issues with it? My doctor mentioned that I need to take it twice a day with food, and I'm curious—how strict does everyone have to be with that? I have a pretty busy schedule, and I'm worried it might be hard to manage. So, any tips or advice would be appreciated. Also, have any of you experienced that weird body fat distribution change some people talk about? Let me know your thoughts! Thanks!
