I've been on Keppra XR 750mg for a few months now, and I've seen a significant reduction in my seizure frequency. However, I've also experienced some unpleasant side effects, like dizziness and fatigue. I'm wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if there are any tips for managing these side effects. Also, have any of you had to deal with the more serious side effects mentioned in the medication guide? How did you handle it, and what advice would you give to someone who might be experiencing them?
