I've been dealing with some hemorrhoid issues and my doctor recommended trying Proctofoam NS 1% Aer Foam. The active ingredient, pramoxine, is supposed to numb the area and relieve pain and itching. I'm a bit nervous about the side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone had experience with this? I'd love to know how it worked for you and if you encountered any issues. The side effects page and the warnings are pretty scary. I'm just hoping for some relief and no complications. I'd appreciate any insights from people who've used it.
