I've been prescribed Simvastatin 40mg Tablets to manage my high cholesterol, and while I understand that it's effective for many people, I'm a bit concerned about the potential side effects. The list of severe side effects is quite long and scary, including muscle problems, liver issues, and even allergic reactions. I've heard that these are rare, but I'm still worried.
