I've been using Banophen (diphenhydramine) 25mg tablets for years to combat seasonal allergies and help me sleep. It's amazing how well it works for both! I take it for allergy relief and motion sickness when traveling. However, I've noticed that it makes me pretty drowsy the next day if I take it before bed.
