I've been using Nuvigil 250mg Tablets (Armodafinil) for the past few months to manage my narcolepsy. It's been a game-changer in terms of staying awake and alert during the day. I've been using a CPAP machine to manage my sleep apnea, and I've found that using Nuvigil and the CPAP together has been a solid combination. Good sleep hygiene and overall mental health is very important when on this medication, and I've been trying to use it correctly as well as possible.
