I was recently prescribed Sodium Citrate Citric Acid Solution for kidney stone prevention. It helps make your urine less acidic, which can reduce the risk of certain types of kidney stones forming or growing. The side effects seem manageable, but has anyone else experienced something unexpected or unusual? How are you all getting on with it? What kind of lifestyle changes have you had to make ?
