I've been using Vanos 0.1% Cream for about a month now to treat my eczema, and I have to say, it's been a mixed bag. On one hand, it's significantly reduced the redness and itching. On the other hand, I've experienced some mild side effects like dry skin and occasional burning sensations. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I've also been worried about the more serious side effects listed, but so far, I haven't had any of those. I'm curious to know if anyone else has had any severe reactions or if it's generally safe for long-term use. I do have some concerns about the potential for skin thinning, so I'm making sure to use it sparingly and only on the affected areas.
