I've been prescribed Micafungin 50mg Inj for a fungal infection, but I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially since I have a weakened immune system. The drug info sheet lists some pretty serious side effects, like allergic reactions, kidney and liver problems, and even low blood sugar. I've also heard of some other side effects like diarrhea and anxiety. Has anyone else had experience with Micafungin? How did you handle the side effects? Should I be worried about the more serious issues, or are they really rare? I plan to keep my doctor informed, but I'd love to hear any personal stories or advice.
