I recently started using Adzynma 500iu Inj Kit to manage my congenital thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura (cTTP). I'm curious to hear from others who have experience with this medication. What side effects did you encounter, and how did you manage them? Were there any long-term benefits you noticed?
