I've been prescribed Imitrex 25mg Tablets for my migraines, and while they work wonders for the pain, I can't shake off the worry about the side effects. Has anyone else had any serious side effects? I've been really nervous about the risk of brain blood vessel problems and serotonin syndrome. On the plus side, the dizziness and feeling of warmth are manageable, but I'm curious to know if there are any long-term effects I should be aware of. Thoughts?
