I've been on Lurasidone 120mg Tablets for about three months now to manage my bipolar depression. It's been a bit of a journey, and I wanted to share my experience and hear from others who might be going through the same thing. Firstly, I must say, taking this medication with food has been a game-changer. I remember the first time I took it without food, and I felt absolutely terrible. So, definitely take it with a meal! I've experienced some side effects, but they've been manageable. I've had some dizziness and fatigue, but nothing too severe. I've also gained a bit of weight, which has been a bit frustrating, but I'm trying to manage it with diet and exercise. What has been really helpful is the improvement in my mood. I feel more stable and less prone to the extreme highs and lows that characterized my bipolar depression. I'm sleeping better too, which has been a huge relief.
