I was recently diagnosed with osteopenia and my doctor recommended Fosteum Capsules to help manage my bone health. I've been taking them for about a week now and I'm curious to hear from others who have tried them. Are there any noticeable improvements in bone density? Have any of you experienced side effects, like stomach pain or allergic reactions? I've read the list of possible side effects, but I'm still a bit nervous. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated! I've also heard that Genistein, one of the ingredients, is plant-based, so I'm wondering if there are any vegetarian or vegan considerations? Also, what does the FDA say about this supplement? I want to be fully informed before I continue taking it.
