I've recently been prescribed Sodium Chloride 0.9% Nebulizer Solution to help with mucus buildup in my lungs. I'm curious to hear from others who have used this before. How effective is it? Did you notice any side effects, and if so, how did you manage them? I've read about the potential for allergic reactions, so I'm a bit concerned. Any advice on using the nebulizer machine would be appreciated as well. I want to make sure I'm using it correctly to get the most out of the treatment. I'm also wondering if anyone has found any alternative remedies or complementary treatments that work well with this medication. I'm open to trying different things if it means I can breathe a little easier. Has anyone tried herbal remedies or other home treatments to help with the mucous build up?
