I recently started using Vitamin K1 1mg/0.5ml Inj to manage some bleeding issues caused by warfarin. I'm a bit worried about the potential side effects, especially the urgent ones. I've been experiencing some mild chest pain and dizziness, which is worrying, but I'm not sure if it's related to the injection. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I really appreciate any advice or insights you can share. I'm also wondering how common the other possible side effects are and how to manage them if they occur. Thanks in advance for your help!
