I've recently been diagnosed with Dupuytren's Contracture and my doctor recommended Xiaflex 0.9mg Inj. I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone here used this treatment? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. How was your recovery process? Did you encounter any of the more serious side effects like tendon damage or nerve problems? Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm also curious to know if the injection process is as painful as it sounds.
