I recently started taking Doxorubicin liposomal for ovarian cancer and I'm curious about the long-term side effects. I know the immediate side effects are well-documented, but I'm struggling to find information about how this drug affects people years later. Has anyone been on this medication for a while and can share their experiences? I'm particularly interested in any heart-related side effects, since I know that's a risk with doxorubicin.
