I've been using Basaglar Tempo 100u/ml Pen Inj, 3ml for a few months now, and I've had a mixed experience. It's helped stabilize my blood sugar levels, but I've had some side effects, like irritation at the injection site and a bit of weight gain. I'm curious to hear from others who have used it. What side effects have you experienced? How have you managed them? And how does it compare to other long-acting insulins? I've heard some people say it's better than Lantus, but I'm not sure if that's just anecdotal. Any insights would be really appreciated!
