I recently started my child on Bylvay 200mcg Capsules to manage their Progressive Familial Intrahepatic Cholestasis (PFIC) and the severe itching that comes with it. The doctor explained that Bylvay works by reducing the amount of bile acids that return to the liver, which should help lower their levels in the body and reduce itching.
