I've been on Roflumilast for a few months now, and I've noticed a significant reduction in my COPD flare-ups. My doctor prescribed it to help with my chronic bronchitis and history of exacerbations. I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. How has it worked for you? Any side effects to report? I've heard it's not for sudden breathing problems, so it's not a rescue inhaler. I'm just glad to have something that helps with the underlying inflammation. Has anyone else had success with this medication?
