Roflumilast: A Game Changer for Severe COPD with Chronic Bronchitis? Experience and Thoughts?
I've been on Roflumilast for a few months now, and I've noticed a significant reduction in my COPD flare-ups. My doctor prescribed it to help with my chronic bronchitis and history of exacerbations. I'm curious to hear from others who have tried it. How has it worked for you? Any side effects to report? I've heard it's not for sudden breathing problems, so it's not a rescue inhaler. I'm just glad to have something that helps with the underlying inflammation. Has anyone else had success with this medication?

Roflumilast is good but it can cause some serious side effects. I had nausea, insomnia, and a bit of depression when I first started. But I stuck with it and it’s helped in the long run. So don't give up if you experience something like this.
I started taking it a few weeks ago, and I'm not sure it's working for me. I still feel short of breath. I am told it takes time to see results, but I wanted to see if anyone else felt the same?
I've been on it for a few months, and it's helped a lot with my exacerbations. I still get them, but not as often. Plus, I haven't had any serious side effects. Definitely worth a try if your doctor recommends it. Just don't go into this expecting miracles overnight.
I've been on Roflumilast for about a year now, and it's been a lifesaver. My lung function has improved, and I haven't had as many exacerbations. It's not a cure, but it definitely helps manage the symptoms. Definitely worth discussing with your doctor if you're struggling with COPD and chronic bronchitis.
