I was recently prescribed Coartem 20-120mg Tablets for malaria treatment. The doctor emphasized the importance of taking it with food for optimal effectiveness. However, I'm a bit concerned about the side effects, especially the serious ones like abnormal heartbeat and allergic reactions which could be life-threatening! I’ve read the leaflet but wanted to hear from others who have taken this medication. How did you manage the side effects? Were there any tips or tricks that made taking Coartem easier?
