I've just begun treatment with Elahere 5mg/ml Inj, 20ml Vial, a targeted cancer medicine that combines an antibody with a chemotherapy drug. The idea is that the antibody finds and attaches to specific proteins (called FRα) on cancer cells, delivering the chemotherapy directly to kill them while sparing healthy cells. I'm hoping to hear from anyone who has gone through this treatment. What were your experiences with the side effects? How did you manage them? Were there any surprises? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
