Gamifant (emapalumab) has been a lifesaver for my child who was diagnosed with HLH. I've seen the worst side effects listed, and it's scary. Has anyone else been through this? Did you experience any of the side effects mentioned, or maybe some not listed? How did you manage them? I'd love to hear from anyone with some experience with this drug. What's been your journey like?

However, like any powerful medication, Gamifant comes with a range of possible side effects, some of which are life-threatening. I've experienced the side effects firsthand and I'm curious to hear from others who has had similar experiences. What are your thoughts on managing these side effects effectively?

I recently started treatment with Gamifant 10mg/2ml Inj for my diagnosis of Hemophagocytic Lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).
