I've just begun taking Hycamtin 1mg Capsules (Topotecan) for my small cell lung cancer. I did a lot of research on the possible side effects before starting, but I'm still feeling really nervous. I know it's supposed to help shrink tumors, but I'm worried about the potential side effects, especially the severe ones. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? I'd love to hear about your experiences, both good and bad. What helped you cope with the side effects? Were there any surprises I should be prepared for?
