I was prescribed Isosorbide Mononitrate 30mg ER Tabs to manage my angina. It's been effective in preventing chest pain, but I've experienced some side effects. Has anyone else had issues with dizziness or headaches? How did you manage them? also, what are other possible side effects and how to deal them? Has anyone experienced any urgent side effects? For those who have been on this medication for a while, how has your experience been overall? Any tips on managing the side effects would be greatly appreciated.
