This is my first week on Jadenu Sprinkle for iron overload due to blood transfusions, and I'm terrified. I've always had serious side effects from medications. I'm experiencing severe stomach pain and vomiting, and it feels like it is getting worse. Is this normal? I'm scared about what this might do to my other organs like my kidneys and liver. I’ve read about the potential side effects, but I never expected them to be this bad. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences or if I should seek emergency medical attention immediately. I can’t handle the constant feeling of being so ill and afraid.
