I'm curious to learn from others with experience, what strategies do you employ to manage side effects like drowsiness and fatigue? What about the more serious side effects, have any of you or someone you know experienced them? How did you handle these situations? I have heard that this medication has the potential to increase suicidal thoughts, is this something that has been observed in your experience?
