I've been prescribed Naproxen Sodium ER 375mg Tabs (24h) for chronic pain management, and I'm a bit nervous about the potential side effects. The list of urgent side effects is quite long and scary. Has anyone else had experience with this medication? How did you manage any side effects? What should I be particularly vigilant about? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. I've read the possible side effects, but I'm curious to know about experiences with side effects (or lack of them) in real life. Plus, how do they compare to other NSAIDs? And can you take these with other medicines?
