I've been using the Nicotine 21mg/24h Patch for about 3 weeks now as part of my journey to quit smoking. I wanted to share my experience and gather some insights from others who might be on the same path. I got a prescription from my doctor and I have to say, I'm impressed by the way it reduces my cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Of course, it's not entirely smooth sailing. I've been experiencing some mild side effects, mainly headaches and some trouble sleeping. Nothing too severe, but it's definitely something to keep in mind. I've also heard some horror stories about severe side effects, but thankfully, I haven't experienced any of those. Has anyone else used this patch, and if so, what was your experience like? What side effects did you encounter and how did you handle them? Also, I'd love to know if any of you have successfully quit smoking completely after using these patches. Did you have any setbacks, and if so, how did you overcome them?
