I've been using the Nicotine 21mg/24h Patch for about 3 weeks now as part of my journey to quit smoking. I wanted to share my experience and gather some insights from others who might be on the same path. I used this patch for a week and had absolutely no issues. It’s expensive as hell, but I’m willing to spend a little extra to kick this nasty habit. Hope to share an update in a few months that I’m finally free of it!
I was worried about the dizziness and tiredness, but honestly, it was worth the trade-off. I haven't felt this good in years. My family was overly supportive and that’s why I was able to stick with it. I’m planning to quit the patch and I’m looking forward to being smoke-free completely!

I found the patch to be really helpful, but I had to be careful with the placement. If you put it on an area with hair, it can be annoying. Best to put it on a smooth, hairless area and rotate spots so your skin doesn't get irritated. The real challenge for me was staying hydrated and managing my diet during this process.
