Hello everyone, I've been using the Nicotine TD 21mg/24h Patch for about a month now, and I wanted to share my experience. I've tried quitting cold turkey and using gum before, but this patch seems to be doing the trick. It's been helping me manage my cravings and withdrawal symptoms, although I did experience some side effects like a mild rash and trouble sleeping.
