Hello everyone, I've been using the Nicotine TD 21mg/24h Patch for about a month now, and I wanted to share my experience. I've tried quitting cold turkey and using gum before, but this patch seems to be doing the trick. It's been helping me manage my cravings and withdrawal symptoms, although I did experience some side effects like a mild rash and trouble sleeping. I'm hoping to get some insights from others who have used this patch or are currently using it. How has your experience been? Any tips for dealing with the side effects?

I switched from smoking to vaping and then to the patch. It's been a long journey, but the patch has definitely been the easiest part. I've had some back pain, but I think it's more from the stress of quitting than the patch itself. Just take it easy and listen to your body.

Be careful with the patches. I used one a few years back and ended up with a nasty rash all over my arm. I had to stop using it immediately. Make sure you're not allergic to the adhesive.

You know, it's funny how I thought the patch was going to be a miracle cure, but it turns out it's just another tool in the toolbox. The thing that helped me the most was the emotional support from family and friends. Don't underestimate the power of a good support system.

I've been on the Nicotine TD 21mg/24h Patch for about 6 months now. I started with the 21mg patch and have gradually stepped down to the 14mg patch. It's been a game-changer for me. The key is to stick with it and give your body time to adjust. The first few weeks were tough, but the steady release of nicotine really helped with the cravings. I experienced some mild headaches and trouble sleeping, but nothing that kept me from using it. I also stopped smoking cold turkey when I started the patch and i think that helped a lot. Make sure to talk to your doctor about any serious side effects you experience, though. They can help you adjust or switch to a different method if needed. If you experience any of the symptoms they list, dont' wait, get help, particularly the ones that seem to deal with a serious allergic reaction.

I used the patch for a few weeks and it worked well for me, but then I switched to Chantix and it worked even better. The patch helped me get started, though.

Just a reminder to everyone, if you experience any severe side effects, don't hesitate to contact your doctor. Better safe than sorry.

I've been using the same patch for two weeks and haven't noticed any serious side effects yet. Just some irritation at the application site, but it's manageable. I think it's worth sticking with it if the patch is helping you. Good luck!

I tried the patch a few years back and it worked great. I stopped after the first month because I didn't need it anymore. I think the key is to stick with it for at least a month to see if it works for you.

Just a heads up, make sure you don't smoke while using the patch. It can cause serious side effects.

I've been using the patch for a week now, and I'm not sure if it's helping. I still have cravings, and I've been really irritable. Maybe it's just taking time to adjust. Anyone else feel this way?
