I've recently been diagnosed with mild anemia and B vitamin deficiency. My doctor suggested trying Nutrivit Liquid, a supplement that includes essential B vitamins and iron. The liquid form seems convenient, but I'm curious about other people's experiences. Has anyone tried this and seen improvements? What about side effects? I've read that it can cause stomach issues and other possible side-effects like constipation and vomiting. I'm also a bit worried about the serious side effects, which seem rare but potentially severe. What should I look out for?
