I've recently been diagnosed with mild anemia and B vitamin deficiency. My doctor suggested trying Nutrivit Liquid, a supplement that includes essential B vitamins and iron. The liquid form seems convenient, but I'm curious about other people's experiences. Has anyone tried this and seen improvements? What about side effects? I've read that it can cause stomach issues and other possible side-effects like constipation and vomiting. I'm also a bit worried about the serious side effects, which seem rare but potentially severe. What should I look out for? Worried about the possibility of getting vomit or constipation, but also feeling some relief that my doctor has given me a solution, any advice?.

I’ve been on Nutrivit Liquid for a few weeks and my energy levels have improved, but I had a weird experience where I got a bad taste in my mouth. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this. One thing I noticed is that I have to prepare for a lot of burping after taking it. I don’t know if it’s due to the supplement or the fact that I have to drink a whole glass of water after taking it. I’ve found that I’m able to avoid both by taking it right before a meal.

Nutrivit Liquid has been a game-changer for me, I too had anemia. I used to take iron tablets, but they were tough on my stomach. The liquid form is much easier to take, and I haven’t experienced any major side effects, just a bit of gas sometimes.

I've had the liquid before, and while it was helpful for my anemia, it turned my stools green. I thought I had eaten something weird at first!! It was a bit alarming the first time it happened. The doctor said it was just the iron. My doctor told me that this is just the iron coming out of the body in the stool. He assured me this was a completely normal thing, and the food I ate was not the issue.

I've been taking Nutrivit Liquid for about two months now, and I've definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels. My doctor said my iron levels were a bit low and suggested trying this. The only side effect I've experienced is a slight stomach upset, which I have countered by taking them with food. I would recommend taking with a meal.

Be careful with iron supplements, they can be rough on your stomach. I started with a lower dose and gradually increased it, which helped prevent some of the side effects.

Be sure to take it with a full glass of water and stay hydrated throughout the day. That helped me a lot with the minor side effects I had.

Black stool? That doesn’t sound good.

Never heard of Nutrivit Liquid, but I've had good experiences with liquid iron supplements in general. I didn't have issues with any of them, but it depends on what brand you get. This is definitely something you want to get recommendations on from other people on the internet, because your doctor might not be the best source.
