I'm in my first trimester and my doctor recommended PNV-DHA Capsules for essential vitamins and minerals, including DHA for the baby's brain and eye development. I'm a bit nervous about the possible side effects, especially the urgent ones. Has anyone else taken these capsules? What was your experience like?
