Pregnant friends - anyone tried PNV-DHA Capsules? How was it?
I'm in my first trimester and my doctor recommended PNV-DHA Capsules for essential vitamins and minerals, including DHA for the baby's brain and eye development. I had diarrhea for a week after starting these. Not fun, but it eventually stopped. Maybe start with half a dose and see how your body reacts?
I took these during my pregnancy and they were great! No major side effects for me, just a bit of constipation, but that's normal with prenatal vitamins. Make sure to drink lots of water! 💦
I tried them but had to stop because of severe stomach pain. My doctor switched me to a different brand and I've been fine since. Might be worth trying a different supplement if you have issues.
I switched to a different brand because I read about a friend who had an allergic reaction. Better safe than sorry, right? 😬
I've been taking them for a month now and so far, so good! No major issues, just a slight change in stool color to green, which the doctor said is normal. Fingers crossed it stays that way! 🤞
