I recently had surgery and was given Exparel 1.3% Inj, 20ml for post-operative pain management. It was administered by my doctor, and it was supposed to release pain numbing medicine slowly over several days. I understand it's meant to reduce the need for other pain medications, but I'm not sure if the potential side effects were fully explained to me. I'm curious if anyone else has had a similar experience. How did it work for you, and did you experience any of the side effects listed? I'm particularly concerned about the urgent side effects and how they might affect me in the future.
