I was recently prescribed Proctocort 1% Cream for some persistent hemorrhoids, and I have to say, it's been a bit of a rollercoaster. The cream has definitely helped with the swelling and itching, but I've also experienced some side effects like burning and stinging. After doing some research, I found out that these are not uncommon, but I'm still a bit worried about the more serious side effects mentioned in the medication guide. Has anyone else had a similar experience with Proctocort? How did you handle the side effects, and did you end up taking any additional precautions? I'm curious to hear other people's experiences and any advice they might have.
