I was recently diagnosed with iron deficiency anemia and my doctor prescribed me Proferrin Forte Tablets. I'm a bit nervous because I've heard mixed reviews about iron supplements causing stomach issues. However, I've also read that the heme iron in Proferrin is better absorbed and gentler on the stomach. Has anyone else tried this supplement? I'd love to hear about your experiences, especially if you've dealt with similar side effects.
