I was recently prescribed Skyrizi 180mg/1.2ml Cartridge Injectable for Crohn's. My doctor told me it blocks this protein called IL-23 to reduce inflammation. Has anyone else been on this and found it helpful? What were your experiences with side effects, and how did you manage them? My biggest concern is the risk of serious infections or liver problems. I recently started using Skyrizi for my psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis. I’ve had pretty significant improvements in my skin plaques and joint pain.
