I was recently prescribed Skyrizi 180mg/1.2ml Cartridge Injectable for Crohn's. My doctor told me it blocks this protein called IL-23 to reduce inflammation. Has anyone else been on this and found it helpful? What were your experiences with side effects, and how did you manage them? My biggest concern is the risk of serious infections or liver problems. How do others keep an eye out for symptoms? Has anyone switched to better alternatives? I’m genuinely interested in hearing about how others have navigated this treatment.

I've been on Skyrizi for about six months. It's been a game-changer for my psoriasis. Also, I carried a log book to write down any side effect I had and it was only a couple of times. Definitely worth discussing with your doctor, though.

I've heard good things about Skyrizi but I'm still on Stelara. Would you recommend switching?

Switching from Stelara to Skyrizi didn't work for me. I ended up back on Stelara after a few months. I guess it's a hit or miss for many. I recommend giving it a shot, but have a backup plan ready. By the way, is it normal for your arms to ache?

I just started it. I’m a bit nervous about the injections, but my doctor assured me it's straightforward. Has anyone here used the injector pens?

I've been on Skyrizi for my ulcerative colitis and it's been a bit of a journey. I had some pretty bad headaches and joint pain in the beginning, but my doctor upped my dose of Tylenol and it passed. I really wish I could drink as much alcohol as I want. Keep a close eye on your liver function and keep your doctor updated.
