I recently started taking Wellbutrin 75mg Tablets for depression and to help me quit smoking. I was prescribed Bupropion 75mg to help me quit smoking. I've been on it for about 2 months now, and it's been a mixed bag. On one hand, my cravings have significantly decreased, which has been a huge help. However, I've experienced some side effects that I wasn't expecting. The most notable ones have been trouble sleeping, strange dreams, and a bit of dizziness. My doctor assured me these are common and should subside over time, but it's been a bit challenging. I've also noticed some weight loss, which isn't a bad thing at all, but I want to make sure it's not due to any underlying issues. I'm curious if anyone else has had similar experiences or insight into these side effects? I've been reading that it's less likely to cause weight gain or sexual side effects which is a relief.
