I recently had to take Readi-Cat 2 Orange Susp 450ml before an X-ray to get a better view of my stomach and intestines. The liquid was easy enough to drink but it was not so easy to forget about what came next. I knew the possible side effects, but I didn't anticipate the severity of what I experienced, and I am not sure if the benefits were worth the harm. I had diarrhea, cramps, and stomach issues for the rest of the day. I was cramping badly, and it was really uncomfortable. I felt like I was going to throw up; it was really hard to focus on anything else. I really struggled and could not believe people had to go through this regularly, which was the case for some people I had met. I made it through, but I was really scared. I am wondering if anyone else had a similar experience with the drug? Is it worth all the trouble to get clearer images? I really want to get some other perspectives, as I know others have had to use the drug we are talking about.
