I was prescribed Alprazolam 0.25mg ODT tablets for anxiety and panic attacks. I've been taking them for a couple of weeks now, and while they seem to help with my anxiety, I've been experiencing some side effects that I'm not sure about. I'm feeling really drowsy and weak most of the time, and I've had a few episodes of blurry vision. I've also noticed some changes in my appetite. I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced these side effects, and if so, how did you handle them? Also, should I be concerned about these side effects or should I just let my doctor know during my next appointment? I've been really hesitant to complain about the side effects, because I really do think this medication is helping — but I don’t want to ignore anything serious. I've read the list of possible side effects, and I think I'm experiencing the milder ones. I guess I just want to know if I'm being overly cautious or if these are things to be legitimately concerned about. Any advice would be really helpful!
