I recently started using Qutenza 8% 1 Patch Kit for nerve pain relief, and I have to say, it's been a rollercoaster. The patch contains capsaicin, which desensitizes the pain-sensing nerves. I had heard it would be intense, but I didn't expect the burning sensation to be so overwhelming. My doctor assured me it's normal and should subside within a few days. I've been using cool packs to manage the pain, but I've noticed some irritation at the application site. Has anyone else experienced this? Any tips for managing the side effects? I'm also curious about the long-term effects and if anyone has had any serious reactions like high blood pressure or severe allergic reactions. I'll keep you all updated on my progress!
